Entering the program
Browsing this website or using a moving checklist does not create a lease, a service agreement or a property approval. Your signed program agreement sets out the service responsibilities and payment terms.
Fees and decisions
The service fee is $888 in three $296 milestone payments. Rent and property costs are separate. Nohvara does not guarantee property approval, a placement deadline or a credit score outcome.
Online tools
Planning forms display information on screen. Online application submission, document storage, payments and binding appointment bookings are not currently available. Do not submit sensitive information through these tools.
Refund Request
For an unsuccessful property application, the standard program refund is $296 only after the full $888 has been verified as paid, whether upfront or in three $296 installments. Nohvara retains $592. One or two paid installments do not qualify for a standard program refund. After approval, changing your mind or declining the approved property does not qualify. Property application fees and disclosed nonrefundable property charges are separate, retained by their stated recipient under the applicable terms, and never deducted twice. Billing errors, duplicate payments, unused rent or deposits and refunds required by law are handled separately; this policy does not waive applicable rights.
