Housing inquiries and subscriptions
When you submit an offer form, Nohvara Living stores your name, email, optional phone number, housing pathway, apartment or house preference, bedrooms, base-rent budget, preferred area, move timing, requested property features, selected offer, source page, campaign tags and communication choices in its connected Supabase database. We use these details to organize and follow up on your inquiry. Property research uses your location, housing type, bedroom needs, budget and requested features to find public listings; names, email addresses and phone numbers are not included in listing searches. Email and SMS marketing choices are separate and optional; an inquiry does not authorize every channel. Do not include identity numbers, bank statements or payment-card information.
Moving-planner tools
Planning forms display a checklist on your screen. They do not submit a housing application, collect payment or upload your documents. Do not enter identity numbers, bank information, medical records or payment-card details into these tools.
