The Nohvara service fee is $888, paid in three installments of $296.
Keep the other costs visible
- Monthly rent and any recurring property charges.
- Security deposits, insurance and utilities.
- Property-issued application, screening, administration and move-in charges.
- Any optional service expressly agreed and separately priced.
The separate one-month lease fee
For a Nohvara-held lease, the separate lease-responsibility fee is equal to one month of the agreed base rent. It pays Nohvara for carrying the lease obligation; it is not your first month of rent, a security deposit or part of the $888 service fee. The property-specific agreement and invoice identify the amount and when it is due after approval.
Pay upfront or request a monthly option
You may pay the disclosed fees upfront. If a monthly option is offered for your case, your written schedule shows the base rent, the additional Nohvara charge, its duration and the total over the lease. No 20%, 25% or 30% rate is automatically selected. You accept the complete schedule before any recurring charge begins.
Who receives each payment?
Nohvara receives its service and lease-responsibility fees. Property application and admin charges identify the property recipient on your invoice. Where Nohvara holds the lease, you pay the itemized monthly amount to Nohvara and Nohvara pays the property under the master lease. Your agreement lists rent, company charges, utilities and deposits separately.
Cash App instructions appear in the portal for an actual issued invoice. Nohvara verifies receipt before marking a milestone paid. Never pay the illustrative invoice in the portal preview.
Before authorizing payment
Review the exact service scope, legal parties, payment recipient, milestone conditions and cancellation/refund terms. A pending transaction must not be treated as settled. Cash App receipt is manually verified; card, bank and crypto checkout are not connected. Read the Refund Request policy before paying.
