Your Nohvara program agreement identifies the service provider, scope of work, client responsibilities and terms that apply to your case. Read it before signing or paying.

The payment milestones

• $296 at case start.
• $296 before the selected-property application is submitted.
• $296 after written property approval and before final move-in requirements.

Total service fee: $888. Rent, deposits and property-issued fees are separate.

Details to review

Confirm the corporate leaseholder and permitted residents, document requirements, payment recipient, cancellation and refund terms, and any optional rent-reporting authorization. Approval remains the property’s decision.

Agreement access

Online agreement delivery and e-signature are not currently available. Do not make a payment until you have received and reviewed the agreement that applies to your case.

Refund Request

For an unsuccessful property application, the standard program refund is $296 only after the full $888 has been verified as paid, whether upfront or in three $296 installments. Nohvara retains $592. One or two paid installments do not qualify for a standard program refund. After approval, changing your mind or declining the approved property does not qualify. Property application fees and disclosed nonrefundable property charges are separate, retained by their stated recipient under the applicable terms, and never deducted twice. Billing errors, duplicate payments, unused rent or deposits and refunds required by law are handled separately; this policy does not waive applicable rights.
