Budget for the whole move
Separate the service fee from the costs of occupying the home.
The property costs
Ask about application/admin charges, security deposit, rent, utilities, insurance, parking and recurring mandatory fees. Identify the recipient for every payment.
Plan for timing
A pending payment is not settled funds. Match move-in commitments to confirmed property requirements, actual availability and your cash plan.
